About the Market

If it‘s 100% handmade in Melbourne, you‘ll find it at the Mulgrave Makers Market.
We‘re delighted to help showcase new and emerging talent and look forward to many successful businesses growing from these soulful beginnings. And we hope you‘ll enjoy catching these crafters while they‘re still cottage industries, and feel good about supporting a market that exists entirely to have a positive impact on the community.
The Makers Market is driven by the ideas, energy and enthusiasm of several people. Two key supporters are Bec Albinson from Little shop of Handmade (makers of non-essential nice things and marvellous must haves) and Justine Telfer from Mixtape‘zine‘.
Don‘t forget - you can also do your weekly shop at the Mulgrave Farmers Market, which takes place every Sunday on the same site.
If you‘re interested in having a stall at this exciting new market, please see if you fit the criteria at Become a Stallholder and register via our online registration form. Everything from toys to ceramics, stationary to jewellery, if you make it you can sell it.
As well as supporting local community groups and independent traders, Mulgrave Makers Market hosts fabulous workshops conducted by our very on crafters. Money raised from the market helps fund community projects supported by the Wise Foundation.
